Kevin Magnussen is to race with Carlin in 2012. Judging by his form in the recent test he should do very well as a rookie. The results don't show it, but he was the quickest driver in BF3 this year, also the unluckiest, which is why the results don't show it.
What's interesting to me is that at one point Carlin were said to be very keen to retain the services of Felipe Nasr, but that's obviously gone away.
