Perhaps but that would probably require a proper endurance race distance from V8s as driver changes shouldn't be needed in regular races
I'd rather have sprint races with V8s and an enduro with ALMS, makes for more balanced weekend. Then some single seater support series like Star Mazda or USF2000 + IMSA GT3 and you have a very neat package
