Lime Rock - Has anyone been there or is going?

Hey friends, I am studying in New Haven for this next year and I am planning to go to the Grand-Am final these next two days however I have no idea on how to get to the track, does anyone know anything about ho to get there or is going?

Google maps. Your location to the track. Have fun.

I grew up in Guilford just east of New Haven and have always taken a route similar to this. The route is identical once you get to Waterbury.

It's a very scenic drive once you get past Waterbury. Took about 80-85 minutes from where I used to live.

Thank you! Unfortunately I don't have a license so would need to go by public transportation and that is from where my question arises, since it looks like in the middle of nowhere and no one from the track nor Google have been able to tell me how to get to the track if I don't have a car...

Oh, that's a lot of info to leave out of your OP.
