MSA Framework
For the last couple of years, the idea for an MSA Framework of Club and National series has been floating around in several guises, but is anything going to happen, or has it already?

I know the MIA has come up with a nice flow diagram of where everything should 'fit in', but apart from that, I haven't actually seen anything happen in the real world.
