Fred Bromley should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Rockingham Winter Series

Thanks to one and all who were at Rockingham for the Winter Series on Saturday. Hope you all enjoyed it. It least it was dry, if a bit on the cool side!
See you all next year, or at the Plum Pudding Meeting if you are allowed out to play!

Fred

Thanks Fred.

I had a great day, not much to do at post 12 (Just the poorly FRenault on the green flag lap race 1) but the racing was fantastic, some of the best I've seen this year, especially the Ginetta Juniors.

See you next year

Steve

Thanks Fred,

Had a great time on post 19. Not much happened apart from a coming together in the chicane between 2 formula renaults. Got a chance to do some flagging as part of my upgrade from trainee - so all good. Much better weather compared to the previous year.

Had a really really good day on Saturday - reminded me why I love marshalling.

I was Observer / Incident on Post 10 and what a busy day we had - firstly, what could possibly be a record in the Caterham qualifying: 13 incidents called in during a 15 minute session - mostly spins, but a couple of minor contacts with the barriers (I'm sure Faye was getting fed up of my voice by the end of it ), two of the Fortec Formula Renaults drivng into each other on lap 1 of their first race, resulting in a need for the safety car and a snatch (that's after one of them spun on the warm up lap...! ) and after thankfully a compartively quiet afternoon, a Caterham turning into Yentwood about 100m too early to find the Post 10 flag point barriers!

Thanks to Steve who was with me and Geoff who was flagging.

Roll on Boxing Day!

Dave, dont think that Fortec driver liked it when we took the pi** about him spinning on the warm up lap then crashing into his team mate lol. Great day, even if it was a bit cold. Already looking forward to boxing day
