Forum "Pick 'Em" Contest -- Homestead 2005

Yes, Ladies and Gentlemen....

It is that time of year again....

and as promised last autumn, I will be running our very own "Forum Pick 'Em Contest" again!!!!

For some reason, I can't remember who won last year's Season Championship

But it is a "New Season," and last year's contest was very close and highly competitive....

the next post will be the template for the season-opener at Homestead....

Please copy it and use it...otherwise, it makes things rather difficult for me to tally the scores....

Thanks again, and GOOD LUCK!!!!

Tim

Way to go Tim!

Should be a great season, and I can't wait to beat marcus again!

I'll make my picks later after I do my usual in-depth, step-by-step, comprehensive, and exhaustive research on the race match-ups.

Tim, I have to give you props.

That has to be one of the most comprehensive forum series/race "pick em" competitions I have ever seen.

It makes you think about many aspects of the race weekend and to take into account team strategies, etc.....

and if you have one or two picks that don't pan out, you can make up the points in another area...unlike other contests that just have you select the Top 5 and the pole sitter...

Once we started it last year (with Indy), we had a good time with it....

Give it some thought, jhansen...then maybe give it a try...

If you were to do it for the ALMS 2005 season I'd be first in line!

But I get what you're saying, it certainly makes you think and it does give you a lot of chances.
