I'd like to see these tracks on the Calendar, they are all on Race Driver and I think are pretty good.

Sears Point - Looks a bit like Laguna Seca to me, nice and wide and with elevation.
A1 Ring - The name says it all.
Fuji/TI Circuit AIDA - Both interesting tracks and fun on the game.
Zolder - Nice little track on Race Driver, not sure what condition its in.
Vallelunga - Another good little track thats fun to race on.
Oschersleben - Challenging twisty circuit.

Lately I haven't been following the A1GP build up as much as I had been, but to me I don't know if this still stands but surely Brands Hatch and Estoril look the most likely to be the only European races?

Correct, luke.

The whole purpose is to be a winter series away from Europe.

Cool thought so, and it will help race at other countries that deserve motorsport events that don't usually get them like South Africa and the Middle east countries, although recently F1, MotoGP, WTCC, WSBK, F3, FIA-GT and perhaps more have explored them areas.

It is a pity they don't use Brno (too cold) and Mugello in Europe. Two great circuits, IMO better than most of current F1 circuits.
