Very nice panning,did you pre focus or was you tracking the subjects and what lens please.

thanks, paul. i used continuous focus mode (AF-C), and the lens is a Nikon 70-200VR f2.8. my results were hit and miss, lots of pics came out out of focus, and trashed them. just need practice i think...
