Tasman's open day

It was a great day , Itook the wife and kids and enjoyed looking around and seeing every thing on show , should be more of them by Motorsport teams just not the odd V8 Supercar teams .

Yes it was a top day yesterday.Everyone I spoke to was very welcoming and informative and the kids had a ball too.
This car looks even better up close.

What I'd give to win one of these!

I also want one of these - HRT VZ Clubsport (only 50 made)

Cheers,
Tony.

Whats that Indy surfboard in the background of the trophy picture? When did Tasman finish on the podium at Indy?

not 100% sure about the Indy surfboard but I think it's Murphs from a few years back.
Cheers,
Tony.

Murf has finished on the podium there, but this is his first year with Tasman....unless they've given him the trophy in advance...

Ah ok.

How does Murph get to keep his surfboard from two years ago (I wouldn't be as keen to have this on display compared to a Bathurst trophy if you ask me....) and Tasman has every single trophy they've ever won...

murphys 1999, 2003 and 2004 bathurst trophies were there, the only tasman trophies which were on display are the 2005 sandown 2nd place and 2005 bathurst 2nd place. the rest belong to murph.

it was an ok day out! nothing special
