Guess time:
1) It was the first race in which a pace/Safety car was used during a race (when it rained) but I don't think that can be defined as a "record" 2) For some reason, I reckon it's 35 at Silverstone (explanation: 14 at Brands, 5 at Aintree and 1 at Donnington - but those in brackets weren't all "proper" F1 Grand Prix races as such) 3) Argentina in 1997 4) Columbia, Finland and for some reason, I'm inclined to agree with New Zealand 4) Vincenzo Sospiri 5) Giovanni |

No, they form part of Great Britain. I have also thought of something else for 1993 South African GP.

Your point is valid in a way, but as we have a British GP and Eddie and DC are counted as British, its not counted.
Sorry |

Depending on where you look for your information, John Wotswrong is credited as being either an Ulsterman or an Irishman. This means that the Irish option could be valid...
(It isn't as he is an Ulsterman.) |

Looking back, I made a mistake as you actually got 18 points. As you said, you missed question 1 which was worth 2 points, but you missed 4 points on question 5 because your answer was Gianni and the right answer was Giovanni, sorry about that.
Minardi did indeed last finish 4th in a Grand Prix in South Africa 1993, but the record I was looking for was the most race retirements. In case you were wondering I found this record in the records & trivia section of the 'Grand Prix Data book 1997' produced by Duke. Perhaps I should have worded the question better, sorry about the confusion, none was intended !! |

Thats ok.
I have it on good authority that Alesi's real first name is Gianni, but maybe they are wrong. |
