Swift to supply chassis to CART (still to be confirmed)
Word-of-mouth in Long Beach is that Swift is going to supply chassis to CART next season.
Swift would supply chassis for up to eight entries, six being the most likely number though.
Team Kool Green would be a semi-works effort.
My source also said that Dallara was contacted by CART but the Italian manufacturer was obliged to decline because of certain clauses with the IRL contract (that would forbid Dallara to supply chassis to CART).
CART is also talking to Dome and Riley & Scott.
