I do both race & marshall, a very good way of supporting marshalls is for drivers to come along & try marshalling on weekends when they are not racing I was persueded to & was suprised how much the ORANGE ARMY of Volunteers have to know. Especially at Cadwell Park where they are normally struggling for numbers

That's a very good suggestion Brian and don't forget if you are getting signatures on a National B licence you get one for a day's marshalling.
