Today must be the day for resurrection - another old thread and a new TKR thread!
Nice find GTR - can't say that Speedy was much of a V8 main game driver but he has certainly kicked some big goals business-wise over the years. Best of luck to him. |

Are "Where are they now" thread? Are you freakin kidding? After some talk on George Fury in the Motorsports History board I thought to myself "It'd be a good idea if there was a Where are they now, What ever happened to, thread here" and then I turn up here and bang, there it is!
I'd be interested if anyone knows of Rohan Onslow? If Gavin Monaghan thinks he's better than Mark Webber? Or what does he think when he watches F1? I'm going to assume most of you know who I'm talking about, even some opinions would be OK. |

He was a pretty decent FFord runner in the mid '90s. I remember him running an ex-Cam McConville Van Dieman in BP colours which look pretty good. Finished second one year to Steve Richards when Richards ran riot in the series and then second again to Jason Bright when Webber ended up fourth. As far as I'm aware he's disappeared into a black hole since, so compare that with Webber? Looking back he, at least, could've been a Bathurst regular, but he wasn't even that.

Steve Ellery?
Bathurst podium in 2005, had he been paired with lowndes like they should have then.. well.. you know where im going with that. Drove with PMM for a bit then disapeared, considering the Enduro format now i thought he would have been a sort out driver. Adam Macrow? Much like the above, great effort in 2005, then went to Britek and disapeared. |

Interesting to watch #9 news this evening... to see the Woolworths ad showing off the latest roses from Waldons' Flowers... plus a short interview with the proprietor... Mr Garry Waldon...
... Bathurst 12 hour winner, former Moffat Mazda enduro driver, former Nissan GT-R driver... ... telling the world how to pick the best rose |

He won the DVS series and I can remember a Barry Lake article where he was said to be one of best development drivers. With enduros going to main drivers in own cars it seems a wonder he was never called on I do recall a small comment that he may have been very hard on machinery. Any ideas? |
