Exactly. All the Btcc fanboys who say the wtcc is boring and has no overtaking need to look at that!

Great race 1, really nice racing again this year (last year was also great here). Stunning drive by Coronel!

Simply incredible to see Norbert Michelisz win in Hungary, WTCC finally living up to it's name with the drama and passion of a true world championship. Shame you don't see many crowds as large and passionate as that in touring car racing today outside of events like this or the Bathurst 1000.

Great result by Norbi, always fun to see the nice guy win What was Engstler doing though? He just let anyone pass who got close, hardly putting up a fight. There's fair driving and then there's bland driving...

WTCC must be enjoying this, in just two years this most the unlikely of (replacement) events has grown to be one of their most successful ever... whether or not the races itself were that good is argueable but what a great crowd and atmosphere

Hungaroring was the highlight of last years season, it might also be the same this year. What an amazing crowd, and great drives from Coronel and Michelisz. Two of my favorites doing 2 good races and there were other nice battles as well, so I'm very happy with this weekend
Too bad we don't get to see crowds like this at each WTCC event.

... and we might have the same scenario with Slovakia. Which would be awesome since the Slovakia Ring is fantastic

I just watched the replay of the race and its simply fantastic to see the Hungarian crowd getting behind their fellow countryman. Thats passion for you! Thats how its done. Good on Norbi for winning at home and kudos to all the fans for getting out there and cheering him on, there are many countries where that wouldnt happen.

Just seen races 1&2 on YT and I have to say I am in awe with the amount of spectators and the huge support Norbi gets. He thoroughly deserved that win and it seems that Hungary has a new national hero. I hope the WTCC can bring in similar crowd sizes, it makes the atmosphere so much more exciting!
