Update

Starting at 2PM on 21st June, and finishing 24 hours later, I will be attempting to break the furthest distance completed aboard a mobility scooter. The current record is 154 miles, set in May 2011, and my intention is to try and set the record at 200+ miles.

In order to do this, I need a small team of individuals to help with a number of officiating jobs and am hoping my fellow colleagues will help me here. What I need is:-

1. A certificated first aider
2. A couple of time keepers to record the laps completed, any amounts of stationary time, etc.
3. A couple of marshals to help with "recovery" should I break down on track.

I appreciate most people will not be able to give up a whole day, so am looking at employing people on a rota basis, and obviously those who live near the Peterborough Arena.
