Nurburgring- the race

After 2 laps:

1) Bourdais, 2 voltas
2) Ricardo Sperafico a 2s6
3) Nguyen a 3s9
4) Pantano a 4s9
5) Pizzonia a 5s1
6) Friesacher a 6s6
10) Ricardo MaurÃ*cio a 10s3
13) Rodrigo Sperafico a 13s1
15) Alexandre Sperafico a 14s4
18) Mario Haberfeld a 1min22s9.

Tomas Enge and Tocaccelo envolved in acident

Why? It was clearly Nguyen's fault, and he should have given up his place to Toccacelo in the first place, as he didn't make the chicane on the previous lap!

sorry,i did not see the race,but a friend told me that Toccacelo ran into Nguyen and that it wasn't Rob's fault.

Toccacelo was clearly ahead, so in my mind it was Nguyen's fault. What made it doubly irritating was that he didn't make the chicane just a few corners earlier, so he should have given up his position to Toccacelo in the first place.
