Sorry I meant week before last. It's the company who always have a half sread in the classifieds who always sell F1 cars. I think it was on the 1st page of classifieds, but don't have it with me so not sure.

I buggered the last post right up as I didn't have the copy with me.September 2nd, page67, Racecar warehouse.Raced inDRM 78/79 and WSM82. It needs restoration, it's red with M sripes along the bottom of the front spoiler with a blue stripe along centreline of car and around the bonnet.
I'v just looked on their website its £49k as a roller and is built from the remains of a car Cheever wrote off in 77.

Several people have PMed me claiming to have bodywork or molds to make body work. Noone has answwered any follow up emails. Does anyone actually have any body panels? even if they are in pieces? I can patch them together to make a plug if nothing else. If not can one of you guys take a few measurements for me? I'd like my car to look as close to the originals as possible.
Thanks, Steve.

I need the front and rear flares if possible, I don't care what shape they are in as long as I can make a plug from them. I would prefer the early flares like the Jr team cars, but i am open to others as well. As I stated I'm building a tube frame copy, I just want the body to look correct when I'm done. Thanks, Steve

Hey mnsty, I'm in florida. I've been enjoying some of the pics of your car. It happens to be the one that inspires me as a youth and the one that started this project!

Solo,
I have (I think) 2 sets of rear early fenders that came from Mclaren. they're incorrect for my car so I would be willing to let them go if you're interested. I'm on the opposite side of the country though. I will have a car shipping to Fla fairly soon though, maybe something could be worked out with the carrier ??

Steve - have you been on the E21 forum? There's a guy on there (Jasone21 I think, or it might be E21jason) and I'm sure he had some Group 5 bodywork or moulds for sale. Let me know if you can't find him - I've had some stuff off him for my car, so I'm sure I can root out his contact details if needed.

Edit to the above - the guy's name on bmwe21.net is Jason_323i. I may be getting confused about the parts he had for sale, but I do know he's into the Group 5 stuff, so may be worth getting in touch - he may have some ideas, if nothing else!

One picture is of the Coloni 320 at Norisring 1978 (?)

Second picutre is of one of the lesser known McLaren 320`s in 1978.

bmw 2002

Sorry for hijacking this thread, but I can remember we talked about BMW 2002 group 5 cars on this thread a long time ago. Does anyone know this car: http://www.racingsportscars.com/phot...-05-21-004.jpg

If I remember correctly racecarwarehouse had a similar car on sale a few years ago, with the same bodykit??
