Yep, agreed. I was accepted to do my first GP at flag as a track marshal, although I had done a lot more than 12 days flag in the season. Don't let that put you off though, they always need flaggies

Grade and duty are two separate things. But you knew that

Normally Nat B for the British Championship rounds. Int for the FIA European Trucks.

"Speed event" or "Corporate Event" - take your pick which, but no, it doesn't count

the Revival however, would count as it is a race meeting (at least I hope it does, as I have included it)

Yes (lots of Dutch & Belgian marshals come every year) but I have no idea how! Try a PM to Chris Hobson-he should be able to point you in the right direction.
