Where can I find info on the format, duration etc. of the September races? DDMC website doesn't seem to have any info apart from the entry form. Unless I'm being blind.

Surely some heavy promotion of these races would help as I can't find anything about them anywhere.

Hi Steve,

I appreciate you all have full time jobs also. Would just be good to have some info to help promote this and get plenty entries.

Is the Enduro open to 2 driver teams? Will there be pit stops? If two driver teams are allowed, could this drivers do one race each of the sports & saloon challenge double header?

Are there any restrictions on the cars that can enter the challenge races?

Is there going to be a noisy trackday on the Saturday?

Cheers

Hi Peter,

Not done much this year. Croft in May and did a race at Brands GP in July but sold the car after that. Got a but disillusioned with it but regret selling it now. Gonna build another car asap.

Haven't seen the Evo for a while!

I'm with you there,I fell out with the evo at oulton in march I think it was, sick of waisted time, effort, money ,travelling and disappointment .So ignored it till July then raced in euro saloons at snetty but ecu went fault 3 laps from home.

On a more positive note bought a mini challenge car and did Msv track day trophy team race and got second.

Raced evo this month at motorstv autoglym festival mallory park in the classic thunder class and got second and first...
Evo is now black.....with hind sight I would have bought a ginnetta or radical and not changed a road car into a race car.

I'm hoping to do croft with Ddmc so may see you there....

Cheers Pete

The answer is yes,
If you qualify and race the Evo and your other driver qualifies the Mini and starts the race then all is good, get your entry in.

Steve

I was going to post something humorous like "race for 60 minutes"
But instead you can do it 1 or 2 driver with a pit stop no matter if you are not changing driver.

David Dmracing Taylor should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Hi guys, I'm new here so please bear with me. Could someone or some people please help me i was going to be entering the 750 motorclub in my race prepped saxo vtr but have come to the conclusion budget is an issue so come closer to home and do the SS&S at knockhill. Could someone please point me in the right direction for the specific regs regarding engine build for a saxo VTR in the SMRC regs as i seem dumb to find this. Any info would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

Have you tried the SMRC website for the Scottish Saloon and Sportscar Championship 2013 Regulations?

I dare say you might find contact details for the series eligibility scrutineer as well
