Check this Corsa frontpage. Loeb's sixth consecutive win at Argentina; Vettel winning at Monaco; an off-track TC win; Wheldon winning a historic race and Esteban Guerrieri getting an interview. All that on the weekend after my birthday! I'll consider buying the magazine.

Here is a video I shot during the pre-race ceremonies for the Centennial Indy 500, that included an interview with Indy Lights driver and Freedom 100 winner Josef Newgarden, along with "Night Before the 500" and Star Mazda star Connor De Phillippi.

Today at the Milwaukee Mile Guerrieri got his first win at Indy Lights and also first oval win of his career.
He managed to short the distance to championship leader Newgarden to half, only 13 points now.
Excelent performance por Esteban who never drove at oval before and has a 2nd and 1st position on Indy and Milwaukee. Next week Iowa.

The interesting bit of the race was that Esteban won without radio (and spotters) and he was watching at the other cars numbers in the pole to check positions...

Is anybody else following the current controversy surrounding the Sam Schmidt cars and other allegations of cheating?

You can learn more on some Indycar centric forums. The top two cars at Indianapolis apparently failed tech inspection as well as possibly over 20 other post race inspection failures this season that have gone without punishment and now there are a lot of angry teams/sponsors. After a meeting of the teams O2 Racing has withdrawn its cars (including coming into Milwaukee Peter Dempsey P2 in driver standings) from Milwaukee and the rest of the Indy Lights season in protest to this.

I am trying to follow. However, information is not clear at all. It is being said that Victor GarcĂ*a from Team Moore Racing did not pass tech after winning at Barber and the team only had to pay $5000 but results were not modified.
Only 14 entries for Iowa.

Too bad that Guerrieri got his engine blown. Now Indy Lights has the Canadian streets season with races at Toronto, Edmonton (actually an airport) and Trois-Rivieres. I hope that Guerrieri wins a couple and catches Newgarden soon.

Alex Toropov should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
IndyCar suspended the O2 Racing Technology team and owner Mark Olson for the remainder of the Firestone Indy Lights season Wednesday for actions at The Milwaukee Mile event June 18-19.

Olson was suspended for attempting to impede the conduct of the event by encouraging others to breach contracts and withdraw from the race. He withdrew both of his cars from the race alleging IndyCar showed favoritism by ignoring technical violations found during the inspection process.

Toronto 100

Yesterday Stefan Wilson took his first Indy Lights victory after capitalising on a mistake by pole-sitter Esteban Guerrieri, and led the race for its final 29 laps after Guerrieri had led the first 20. Wilson led home Andretti Autosport 1-2 after his new team-mate Peter Dempsey finished second, after close battling with both Gustavo Yacaman and championship leader Josef Newgarden. Newgarden would later make contact with Dempsey's car, and had to pit, resulting in an eighth place finish. Yacamán ended up completing the podium ahead of Guerrieri and Anders Krohn. Four of the 13-car grid failed to reach the finish of the race, all due to contact. Podium Finishers

He's now 26 points behind Newgarden who ended the race in second today.

Guerrieri seems to be hitting his stride at the right time, he is a class act no doubt, he never seemed to get a fair crack of the whip in europe did he, definate race winner if he makes it to indycars though.

Shame for Guerrieri who crashed when leading.
