Warren Scott has said that he wasn't able to bring Turkington on board at ASI, so unlikely.

I refuse to get excited by this. Warren Scott openly said they went for Turkington but be couldn't afford him. Giovanardi was discounted in an interview recently, how would they pay him for him or Menu? Hopefully it's someone like Ingram it Cammish, talented youngsters.

Someone else just said that very same thing on another forum.

A valid, and overlooked contender.

I can bring the list down by 1 as i live 3 doors from a double champion and he hasn't been making any BTCC noises.

It just says "Double Champion" - not necessarily in BTCC ?

In suggesting exactly whats being echoed by others.

Who actually says is must be a driver from the BTCC? It may well be, but it may very well not.

Well I'm excited and it is good to see a team really looking to connect with its fans and build excitement over the announcement.

So it's Menu, Aron Smith and Warren Scott. Good lineup, hopefully the team can deliver. Looking like it's going to be an amazing season

Fair enough, that's a decent driver lineup! I wonder who's driving which car?

Fair play - that's a pretty good driver lineup. Great to see Menu back - though I was expecting him, I was thinking Motorbase.

Well! Never actually thought it would happen. Fair play to TG and Warren Scott for getting it all together, with Aron Smith and Jack Goff, they've definitely got a strong lineup this year. This season is going to be epic!

Bloody hell. That's amazing!

And also shows why the general negativity we have toward new teams on here is the wrong attitude. All the moaning about Tony Gilham's plans, but in just 3 seasons he's gone from being right at the back with old cars, to this! I really hope the team can do well now. And it's great to have menu back.

Yep, I was thinking more Motorbase, however I am surprised. Menu is a star driver without doubt, I just hope he sticks around for the whole season...
