Bathurst 24hr coverage
just had alook in my local paper for coverage of the race this weekend , its not much but at least its something.
I was wondering if there will be a net coverage this year? last year it was on the net with full video coverage and was brilliant so I was hoping they will do they same this year. does anybody know if they are and what the address is ????? |

No published address yet, check the B24 site and particularly http://www.bathurst24hr.com/video.asp . There's an audiocast site as well, and the text commentary site I advertised the other day.

Fox 1, but none of the 24hr. 7 have exclusive rights to that.

Hopefully i'll be able to pick up the satellite feed and recieve it non-stop (as long as they actually broadcast it) like bathurst. Nonstop, without ads.

Do they still use B1 for that Nevemind ? Although I thought 7 did it via microwave, because there was no sat feed for the 24hr last year ... did I remember that right ?

Saturday:
FOX Sports 1; 10am - 1pm : 2Hr Showroom Showdown, V8Brutes, Porsche Challenge Channel 7; 1.30 - 5pm : 24hr live, start at 2pm. Sunday: Channel 7; 12.30am - 1.30am : 24hr live, plus V8Brute race 12pm - 2.30pm : 24 live, finish at 2pm Not too bad coverage wise. Good for me as i can easily record it all onto 1 tape in LP mode, as i'll be at the race

I reckon 7 hours is a fair effort by the guys at 7.
Qualifying tomorrow, just looked at some photos of the cars, looked nice especially the Kawasaki Porsche, bright green. Should look brilliant at 2 am Sunday mornin |

Ive just logged onto the bathurst 24hr website , radio commentry only so far , pretty dissapointing I was hoping for video coverage as well , maybe something is happening after 10pm????

I can see the link for video ( when it's not being shown live on TV) but when I click it, it opens a new window then closes? Where's the link to audio coverage?

the bathurst 24hr site coverage is pretty good right now . both audio and video, the video is a bit shoppy (for me at least) but its something.
