Fake Supercharger
I have been surfing the web all night looking for an answer. i dont have the $ to afford a supercharger but i am abssesed with the whistle sound that they make. i want my car to sound like it has a supercharger in it. I know it can be done. anyone here know how?

Buy an old Mini and convince passers by that the gearbox whine is, in fact, a supercharger.

buy whistle
blow whistle & record sound onto PC loop a thousand times use software to vary pitch / frequency burn to CD play CD in car  sorry..... |

seriously though, I think faking up a CD may be your cheapest option. Search for supercharger sounds on the net...
