Possible but there are several teams hanging by a thread, so there may be a legitimate withdrawal. If the rumours come true a couple will be biggies.

OK, so that could be numerous teams, but money'd be on Starworks, which would be a real shame because of the dedication that Peter Baron has had. Only privateer pro team I can think of that fills that description is ESM, which would be the biggest bombshell of all bearing in mind they're sponsoring half the events on the calendar.
Bearing in mind Starworks' reliance upon Venezuelan money in recent years, and having to scale back their programme this year, that would make sense if their customers had pulled out and HPD weren't willing to put up much funding for the DP. |
