888 seem to be making some fundamental errors lately... a steering problem on #1 is pretty big for them...

naca should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
If the race is going to take less than 5 minutes extra to complete under racing conditions they should just finish the race with the original distance.

Without putting any critisaim on the corse officals,just watching todays telecast I saw that the officals getting to the car and the recover of the car took a long time.
I know that the track officals here in OZ r voulinterring ( spelling ) but they were very slow today.
It might different in NZ, but it was just a observition.

it is the responsibility of both drivers, One is not really enough as this incident showed.

Think Chaz might have been lucky, doubtful if he would have got off if he was near the front

Great win for Brighty & the #8 BOC crew... Reckon another tyre chicane should be put in in the runoff at the end of the back straight. Drivers miss there braking points, run off and resume racing in the same position - you make a mistake like that & you should lose 2 or 3 positions if racing in a group!

By my calc Lowndes gained 0.2 secs when he cut the corner late in the race

While it might have looked worse, Morris roll was, however, most likely a far lesser impact in terms of G forces involved; first hitting a 'soft' armco and then rolling unobstructed (which dissipates energy away from the driver).

Any time a car ends up on its lid its never a good sign.

Same corner, same bump, same skip sideways. And the #7 mob leep talking about the major upgrades that have gone on yet 7 years later, the same accident, virtually a carbon copy, driven by the same bump in the road, happened again...

Once again, inconsitancy with the rules. If #97 doesn't get a penalty, it should be game on for everyone to escort people wide.

Is it any wonder there isn't a full grid, and some of those cars cant even attract a sponsor!
