When was the old Nurburgring last used for a touring car race other than the 24 hour?
Does anyone know the answer to this?

On the Thursday before the 24hr a round of the DTC was held.

probably the last DTM season (before 2000) in 1996. How awesome would that be, driving a 96 spec mercedes DTM car around the old Nurburgring.
