mine doesn't . . . heel and toe on the start at Spa !!!

rolling starts are for Poofs/yanks, so its probably on the Belgian safety regs !

misprint Roger, and the GT has nearly always been in the same class, hence the unpopularity aas its difficult/impossible to get a pot !

The CTCRC and latterly Top HAt are the only ones to split homologation specials from std cars.

I ain't got to hire one Zef, I've got one for my tow vehicle !. As I'm down there for 10 days I'll do a bit of fly tipping to pay for the races

No, because they are a lazy bunch of ****** at Spa. Saves them lots of time and less work.
Never try to understand how the natives tick at Spa, I've been trying it for ages and still don't get it.

All starts will probably take place from the F1 grid, a new toy for Mr. Delettre. It is really because he doesn't want to haul his fat a**e all the way to the old grid.

No, not at all. He is a dictator, just like his old man used to be.
He always says to the observers that he will not red flag an event, WHATEVER happens.

Besides, last year he nearly caused 2 of my marshals to be badly injured with his bad decisions, if they hadn't jumped the armco fast enough.

thats not a proper 6 hour FiA car

only 4 lights, no xenons, the tyre profile is too high, no magnesium 18" rims, ryou could drive a B8 underneath it, and its a sensible colour.
Jeez I bet its even got an 1800 iron engine !!!

Yes,They are the only homologated wheel,s for a "B".Knock-on Minilights were never used on one, only MGCs.Or the MGB GT with the 2004cc engine which was not homologated either.

It's been a couple of years since I read Appendix K, but I thought Minilites were specifically allowed on FIA Period F cars.

They are indeed allowed, just never homologated. They are allowed on safety reasons because of the Steel wheels cracking up.
