It is, presumably, a description of how the cars line up when the first get wheeled onto the start finish straight - arranged like the traditional Le Mans start!

I don't know what Formule France Euroserie is? But does anyone else remember the Diablo race a few years ago! Madness!

Francis, I know you speak a remarquable fluent french, so the translation is "mise en épi", the word épi means the shape of the corn on the growing plant...

1 - Adam, you're right !

2 - Formule France Euroseries seem to be cars with motorcyle engines (if it's what we saw at PQ)... no interrest for me, I won't be there these year and will arrive with my already tired newbies for the Motoring Cavalcades : really a shame for ACO ! Or do I make a mistake  ?

I'm sorry to be quite affirmative on the point that the cars don't look "racey" at all... kind of toys... widely deceptive, for what I saw at PQ... but it could be better to have some other fans opinion... Oh, I see : they were at Sebring Bar ! I was at Arnage, waiting for the second part of PQ... what a relief when I heard the first one... a Dallara or an Audi ? Maybe a Porsche (funny, in the silence, you can hear it from far away, Mulsanne, maybe more !)...

Didn't see them, but the Renault Clio V6s in 1999 were quite a hoot. I just knew they would spin and so watched it from the Ford chicane where they were all over the track!

This year's effort seems particularly poor though, especially after last year's race with Moss etc. You would have thought they would put something similar on this year to whet people's appetite for the Classic in September.
