Good to see someone has a sense of humour in the A1GP press office!

I can't decide if I want to see the LA race with the "Drive-by penalities" or the sniffer-dog marshals in Baghdad more...

Right, snip that out of the race weekend thread and stick the two threads taking about the same press release together

I think the Canvey Island tri-oval race will be fun! And the Isle of Dogs will be a street race round Canary Wharf (or should that be Canary Woof?)

Hmm, good idea in theory, close off a huge chunk of motorway and some A roads in the surrounding area for twisty sections with the motorway as the back straight. A pity it will never happen...

The cars will be shaken to bits over the general shambolic state of the roads though....

Still, the roadworks equipment that always seems to be on hand in this country could double up as some nifty temporary chicanes.

They could use the A1 road but with the amount of speed cameras there, only france with all their prize money could afford the fines (Memorys of the rally where they all got speeding fines lol)

Not terribly exciting, I grant you....

Hmm, just imagine the police making a mistake and thinking they are all speeders. Good luck catching those cars guys.

I think its great, it just shows that A1GP can make fun of itselves.

And whoelse see this as a bashing of people in forums, willing to jump on anything which looks like it could contain anything important about the next season
