HMMMM.....
Looking at the weather forecast, it may not be a great idea to try to tow a caravan there......

Metcheck is claiming snow Friday and Saturday, while I'm itching to try out the new purchase the last thing I want to do is freeze my knackers off or get stuck in the snow.......

How full is Club Med likely to be..?

As every other website gets their info second hand from the Met Office I tend to go straight for the horse's gob. We'll get what we get.

Mind you, I'm pulling an itty bitty 'van with a Landrover so I can't offer any profound advice to anyone pulling the Taj Mahal behind a Clio.

Andy has some crazy idea we're camping...Means I'll need to fix the tent pole that broke in the wind the last time we were there! On the bright point, it doesn't look like it's gonna snow...just freeze. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Looks to be two different sign on times?

I assume the correct time is 8am-8.30am on post for 8.40am?

Can Ali G please confirm?

As the first qualifying session starts at 9am then the timings above are correct. See you there Steve.

Blimey, you guys and girls have my utmost admiration. It's bleeding cold in Dorset, I don't want to imagine how cold it's going to be with you this weekend. Keep safe and warm

Correct!

It appears that I'm doing the allocations, so be there early! I'll start as soon as we've got the sign-on sheets, folders etc.

As one who has migrated north, I wholeheartedly agree, these guys and girls are so in love with our hobby they will endure the most extreme conditions to pursue it!
Gotta love em! Proud to be amongst them!

Eeh by gum, sithee, tha' nost tha' great girls' blouse. When I were nobbut a lad we used t' sit round grandma while she sucked a polo mint to warmup after t' hard day at t' Pit. Anglesey at Christmas were our 'oliday. We used t' scare t' Caterhams an' turn t' Legends upside down so they couldn't get up agin. T'were a reet good laugh.

Pretty thin grid for the enduros. Could be two dull races. Others aren't too bad. I hope the snow keeps away for you. Sorry I won't be there. It's the first Anglesey Winter meeting I'll have missed.

Snow in Wrexham! That's getting a bit close to me for comfort.

Radio 2 reported that the A55 near Caerwys was difficult this morning so I hope you all get there and back safely.

Have a good time guys and I'll see you soon.

Anglesey Race Meeting

It is with regret that we have had to take the decision to cancel the meeting due to the severe weather warnings that have been issued for the Anglesey Circuit Area.

Can I take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in the meeting and wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and look forward to seeing you all in 2011.

Regards

Alistair Garrett
