Why didn't they discuss all incidents currently up in the air at the same time ? Would seem a reasonable request to me but maybe you guys with more experience in these matters can set me straight. On one hand, they can relegate GM to the back of the grid on the same day but in the Romano incident, any disciplinary action is held off for 2 weeks?
And then on the Monday they announce Bargs has a suspended fine. Is the Romano hearing postponed till Eastern Creek due to it being the next time where all relevant parties will be in the same neck of the woods? Any ideas people ? Last edited by Alan Jones; 16 Apr 2002 at 07:59. |

Most of the witnesses would be flaggies and they move the hearing to Sydney so the witnesses can't attend!
I have seen this before, Romano got away with this at Amaroo once because the witnesses could not attend his appeal (I was a witness) |

Bap Romano was running around to majority of the teams and trying to get there managers/engineers to come and hae a look at there car to try and convince someone that it was a suspension failure that caused paul to go spearing into the side of rodney at the perfectally inline with his door. (99.999999999999% unlikely)
All everyone said to him was "did this happen before or after the 2nd so called accident" |

I'm a witness, and I'm expecting a phone call at the very least. As for suspension failure...hahahaha I dont think so.
