I'll be there Sat & Sun. Thinking of taking my bike this year to get around a bit easier.

Anyone here taken theirs before? Any problems with locking them to grandstand metalwork etc? That G4S lot seem a bit over officious.

I've always taken a bike. As long as you're sensible (don't block walkways, etc) there should be no problems.

I was planning to go for the first time this year, but I have broken my foot and thus cannot get there or get around.

So 2015 I am planning my first visit.

Very sad but hey what can you do about it.

Well last year most people watched the start from the grandstand at club. Perhaps we could all meet up there say half hour before the start

The grandstands there are open and were not that crowded last year if everyone is happy with meeting there then lets do it

It's a good choice - generally plenty of space, bit of cover to shelter us from strong sun, and easy to get to from the entrances.
