As much as a number of aspects of this team are frustrating, I have to agree that the car looks great. Loving the Lolas!

Does look pretty good, but we don't really need 3 of the things (with the Rebellion cars) and the driver lineup is rather uninspiring.

The Lotus GTE entry in ELMS will apprently be run by Gianni Giudici. Johnny Mowlem is the first driver named, two more to follow according to Planetlemans, and car expected to be black and gold (there's a surprise...)

Firstly, that's not the new Lotus-Lola-Judd-BMW-Lotus, secondly, I hope that's spare Lola-Aston DBR-1/2 bodywork on a mockup frame because that looks absolutely horrible to butcher such a beautiful car into. |

Hello guy´s...
If Lotus strategy is re-badge all the car´s they can get, probably he will see a LOLA Lotus LMP 1 using the Aston Martin AMR 1/2... But that "thing" is very Ugly, that´s for sure... |

Hmm, dodgy aero is the least of it's problems!
P.S. The 'seagull' effect? Overhead light reflections. |

That being said, from what I can see the normally active autoblog comments strip is covered in tumbleweeds and none of the Geneva pics show any sign of crowds around the car so... whatever they did there, it was all in vain.

Looks like Lotus' LMS-team will also race their Evora GTEs in International GT-Open.

is the Lotus full season ELMS definitely a sealed deal? Just wondering because the piece on EI (run through Google Translate, admittedly - damn that software's killing my French...) translates as Mr Guidici 'prefers' GT Open. Bearing in mind the world isn't full of series open to GT2 cars, "'prefers' it to what?" came to mind.

If true, ELMS is really coming apart rather quickly. Lotus probably won't make or break the series, but then there will eventually be the straw that breaks the camel's back...

They probably realized they need GT cars to benchmark progress against.
