That Was Scary!
I'm back!
I havn't been able to connect to this web-site for almost 5 days! 5 days without posting, I almost went nuts! It was scary, I tell you! And how did you guys cope, you know, without my racing wisdom and knowledge all that time? It couldn't have been easy, I know... I didn't realize until this happened, how addicted I am to this site. I need to get a life.  So OK, what happened? Was it an AOL problem, or a site problem? AOL said this address didn't exist, and said it wasn't there problem. I guess others had some problems to? Well, whatever, I'm back, you can rest easy now.  Just don't let this happen again, I may not survive the next time...

Obviously depends on who you spoke to at AOL. Super Tourer spoke to them and was told "it is their end and may be a maintenance issue."
Seems there were quite a few AOLers with the same problem. |

I too have had to endure the absence of ten-tenths. I have however learnt all about the security settings and child safeguards on my computer. Lengthy dialogue with AOL got me nowhere. When I told them it was clearly there fault as it was only AOL which was affected, they told me it was ten-tenths' fault. Yet another 'chatagent' told me I should consult my pc vendor.
I think AOL have a policy of never admitting liability. The moral of the story is, get another server...Pipex looks favourite at the moment, unless someone out there can suggest a better one. |

What made you people choose AOL anyway, they're known around the globe for their crappy service...
