USCC 2014 Entry List & Schedule ONLY

Still no official Roar entry list but there is this tech schedule that says what time each car goes through tech.

All of the cars listed are confirmed entries from the series entry list released last month. None of the alternates are mentioned. The tech list includes entries like Falken who said they were skipping Daytona and Paul Miller who I believe it was also speculated would be missing the first round.

Either these two have decided to run Daytona or the tech time list is based solely on the season entry list.

There's also a tech time list for the Rolex 24 itself, with the cars broken down by class.

Also, two things to note:

Porsche 911 GT3 RSR (intead of just 911 RSR). The 991 GT3 is now in production, so looks like the homologation is updated.

I think the real livery still needs to be wrapped. But those big ol mirrors look horrid in the stupid tuscc mandated red.

Possibly, but the ESM green is noticeably more "neon" than the Highcroft green in the picture above. Nevertheless, you can never really trust Instagram -- filters can change the conception of the photo a lot, hence the overused #nofilter.

This is good stuff. The cars today are very fast if you think about it. The GT1 cars from 2000-2001 (Corvette C5R, Dodge Viper) lapped at about 1 min 49 - 1 min 50. Today's GTLM could be 5 seconds under that.

DP in 2003 1 min 50 - 1 min 52

GTP cars in 1993: 1 min 38 tops,about what the DP and LMP2 cars will do this year. GTP cars back then were F1 or Indy Cars with a roof and fenders.

So this entry list from top to bottom will probably be the fastest field ever.

Dagys says they got enough info from their November test at Daytona, and are still entered for the race.

They will be supporting the Krohn Racing 458 at the Roar.

Which means that any additional data that they get from the Krohn car, will be applied directly to the Risi car, thereby saving themselves extra wear and tear! I expect that Krohn will have updated his car to at lease 2013 spec, and perhaps even 2014. Remember this year, (2013), in WEC GTE-Am, it had to run in 2012 spec!

I just hope we get some coverage of the new championship here in oz. We've had free to air coverage of GA and fingers crossed that this continues with Tudor.

I wonder why this hasn't been mentioned yet: IMSA has increased the grid capacity for the NAEC events to 68 cars.
