Just looking at the track, and I'm gutted not be be out there this year - dunno about the new circuit but Road Atlanta is such an amazing drive.

If I had the talent / money to race there in P2 I'd be back like a shot -hell I'd even drive an evil handling Panoz in Lites again...

Where the Vette went off is a really scary place - but what staggers me about Gainsville is the sheer amount of concrete walls by the track - theres hardly any run off at all.

The last corner is great you just line the car up under the bridge (middle square) it goes really light over the crest (the lite was nearly taking off) then turn in full throttle staring at a concrete wall!

Wow. I'll be back.

Speed just did a shout out to Intersport's engineer Craig Dawson, we were at Uni together and hes a very good race engineer and could move that lola right up the field next year

I was hoping the LMP2 Zytek would be a bit higher up than it currently is. Its early days yet I guess.

Yes I was suprised by that.

Honda have said to us that next year there will be major changes (technical) to the Acura programme - I wonder if the Zytek is being evaluated against the ARX?

Great performance from Zytek, I guess those European P1's aren't that slow.

Wow, Herta had some dumb comments regarding "aggressive driving"

Was the Dyson penalty really deserved? Sometimes I wonder how these decisions are made. They can so easily ruin someone's race. I think Chris was right alongside the AGR Acura. More a racing incident than anything intentional.

Anyone who doesn't think Penske did that on purpose is kidding themselves - great hardball strategy.

I agree, Dyson certainly didn't seem at fault there.

It's shame that the Zytek has been involved in the accident.

Not quite, according to RLM, Darren had a left front puncture (certainly a puncture of some sort) at the restart which will explain why he was dropping back. I just thought he couldn't get the tyres up to temperature quickly. Anyway, it would seem his relatively slow pace caught out Ryan and set of the chain of events. Unfortunate.

Cue the penalties.

Kebab has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Can anyone post the running order? My live timing page isn't refreshing?
