Oh great,another Fast and Furious...

It comes out next month here. All the imports are getting ready assemble at the movie theatres, where everyone will be treated to gaudy Honda's driving like idiots. The police will probably have field day !
Is this sillyness happening in Europe too ??

I'll have the Mustang on stand by..

Booo hisss.... the Rice and the Furious was the worst movie since Drivel.

Why does a 1/4 mile drag race take 25sec?
Why do they weigh down their race cars with 4 tonnes of stereo?
Why do they hit the Nos button only at the end of a drag?
Why was Vin Deisel scared of the V8?
Why why why??

Why does it matter and why do you care? Remember one man's imports are another man's domestic. A Mustang is an import to me and it has the steering wheel on the wrong side.

I don't know what's worse. Fast and the Furious or Driven.

Every movie, where Vin Diesel has any major role, is catastrophy.

It depends what are you movie viewing standards. If you're looking for Academy award winning acting, you're definitely going to be disappointed.

OTOH, f you going to see the movie for the cars, the import lifestyle, hot people (yes, it's an equal oppportunity world) and pure entertainment, I think you will be thoroughly satisfied.

The Fast and Furious sequel doesn't have Vin in it as he wanted to much money. The cars look great and the hot pink Honda S2000 should be a topic within itself..

The Mazda RX7 has return with the Supra and a few new ones.

Can't you Canucks get anything right? The English are the soccer hooligans (in the news right now) The Scottish Kilt wearing Tartan Army are the friendly if unshaven and smelly side of football.
As for the "Import lifestyle". It irritates me that North americans forget that there are other parts of the world and that this site is global. My point was that in the UK people driving US motors have the import lifestyle.

I think we get the idea now chaps, I must admit though that I wondered what Mr Pony meant by "...all the imports...."

Uhhh, I don't think it was me, but in case it was--I'm not saying the Brits don't have a import car crazy lifestyle. But in the case of the FF2, I think there are more globally recognized cars like the Evo8. Heck, we in NA, are the ones behind the times!

Of course, I personally don't approve of guys driving cars with sewer sized exhausts tips, those tacky bodykits or people who put Nismo stickers on their Chevy (GM) Sprints!

Funny, in the UK the Vauxhall Nova is the prime culprit and it is a GM car too.

not all high speed car films are bad, Vanashing point is a great film.
Car modding looks good, unless it is poorly done, there are a few examples of bad Nova and Fiestas where i live.

Having seen a clip of FF2 last night at the cinema, most of the stunts and car chase sceens are CGI's. F&F was a truely bad film and only worthy for straight to video or a free gift on Max Power.
