I'm not saying he won't be. I just don't think we should be reading too much into little things like that right now. Just be patient and the news will come out soon.

Turks asked his partner to marry him and she said yes! [twitter]

Surely this means a guaranteed seat with {insert team here} and that he'll win the championship?

Proves what little I know, as I thought they had been married a few years already!

Ollie Jackson seems to have sorted a deal for this year! Imagine that will be staying with Speedworks as he seemed to have a good relationship with them.

Andrew Jordan has become a Red Bull athlete, nice to see a big high profile brand recognising the BTCC. Also see No.1 on Jordan's car, though to be honest I expected him to run it in place of #77

Anyone heard anything on the MG5 rumour I've seen bouncing around or is that all it is!?

All google brings up is a post on an MG Rover forum asking about a rumour on social media. A quick search on Twitter for 'MG5 BTCC' brings up nothing. So, doubtful I'd say!

From what I've read recently (http://www.aronline.co.uk/blogs/news...whats-next-mg/) MG don't appear to have any plans to bring the MG5 to the UK, so there would be little marketing relevance in running the car in the BTCC.

That's all I could find too, I was only expecting KX to confirm their Acadamey & who will partner Plato for the season at ASI this week. IF there are any more MG's in additional to Mark Hyne's I'd expect them to be MG6's otherwise 888 would of been building two different cars at the same time!

I shall forget I read the article on it

MG news tommorow apparently.

So either Plato and Tordoff or Plato and Ingram.

Just popped up on Autosport - http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/112066

Tordoff staying at MG, pleased for him - did more than enough in his first year to keep the seat imo

I imagine there will be some all-kind-of hissy fit at TOCA towers tomorrow.

Not one but two stories released before their holy website released them!

So what surprises are actually going to come out tomorrow. I fear my hoped for Airwaves and WSR news may wait, not so much as a whisper from either...

Also anyone know how the ITV line-up of presenters looks? Really hope it's the same as 2013, fantastic presentation...

Well embargoes are there to be respected. It's more for the written media, as they're only out once a week and websites can publish news anytime. So the websites have to obey the embargo as it's only fair they release it at the same time as the written press on either a Wednesday or a Thursday.

It will be interesting to see how Audi support this, I dont think the NGTC rules lend themselves well to Audi Ultra light ! I wonder of the car will be built in the UK ,America or in partnership with Roeder racing (the builders of Robbs Audi TT )

Exactly - there is a difference between finding/sourcing a story and then breaking it, and respecting an embargo that has been placed on a story for a reason, be that for the benefit of the written press or because the announcement is being tied into some kind of launch.

To true, the story's been kept well under wraps for the 'launch' and has now been spoilt, some very unhappy campers!

Same place he was in before the Tordoff announcement - trying to put the funding together
