Camshaft in the Rover K series 1.6 16v

as part of my degree im studying the K series non v.v.t. from the late 90's. Does anyone have a info on the head in particular the camshaft profile eg valve overlap.. degrees after top dead centre they open and close. etc

have a look on kent cams web pages . . . there must be loads of profiles as its the same basic block as in a lotus elise and loads of tweaked kit cars? there must be loads of variations . . . .its a bit like a modern day crossflow lump I guess
