Well, thank goodness for that!

I've still got a "birthday cake do" to get through - but with champagne - all the folks who didn't get invited to the wedding but sent cards etc. "Shelagh's Mum" is organising it. I only got a piece of the wedding cake (made by my niece) because Mr T secreted some in a serviette and brought it home for me.

Sharing a cake is a wonderful thing. You can't have too much cake!

It wasn't really 2 90 min races it was more short races interspersed with either red flags or safety car periods,,
1st race lasted to Old Hall on Lap 1 then red flagged as the 2 leaders crashed out

Lodge surprisingly quiet though , every thing seemed t happen elsewhere for change

Yes, they went fairly quickly those 'longer' races!

Well done to all those dealing with the three hefty shunts over the course if the day, and the other stuff, with fewer than normal numbers and experience!

It was said at the end of the meeting the Chevron driver was bruised but essentially ok
