TV coverage
I am normally quite contemp with ch 10's coverage of the races on TV but there were lots of cars I didnt hear much about during the race. The focus seemed to be on the few cars at the top .
I heard Besnard mentioned a couple of times , Mclean once or twice, Jnr Johnson a couple of times etc etc I think that there should be coverage of all cars in the race if only to satasfy sponsors. I was dissapointed . |

The ability to broadcast simultaneously two in-car camera channels from the one car (Skiaife's) was quite novel and certainly is not done on a regular basis by any other broadcaster of motor sport.
Well done to Ten for that innovation. |

I still remember when Dick Johnson's camera "passenger" went mad at Bathurst and was just spinning around and around continuously. I am thoroughly impressed with in-car technology.
I have a video from the BTCC from many years back and the places that they put cameras was amazing. You could even see tyre wall flex!! |

I liked the helmet cam they mounted on the side of Seton's helmet at Mallala and Wanneroo in 1998. Never really saw that much again which is a shame. It was quite a good camera view IMO.
