Danny Sullivan in ALMS

How does everyone think he and his team did?

Will he be back for future races in ALMS this season or are they going back to Europe...?

Also which driver on his team qualified the 575 in GTS?

Im not real sure who qualified the car but I would suggest that it was Biagi who did thet .

I think the car was too new for the team to get a real handle on it , but give them time and they will .

As far as I know , Barron Connor have said that they will contest a couple more ALMS events .

Hope this helps

I thought they ran Pirellis, but don't quote me. IIRC, he said Laguna Seca was a possibility, seeing how it is now longer this year (4 or 6 hours? I don't remember.).

The 575's did run on Pirellis because there is a big decal on the front of the car showing it.

I happened to ask Leo Hindery if Danny Sullivan wasn't about 100 years old -- Hindery reminded me that Sullivan was younger than him, and when I checked I discovered Sullivan is younger than me, too!

I thought he did okay for an old guy, though. And the car is pertty.

Just confirmed that myself - yes Pirellis were it.

I also heard Bosch qualifies the car so who knows.

The team struggled all week, at least in part, because their entire spares package, tools and pit set-up was delayed in transit as a knock-on effect of the Madrid bombings.

Was it just me, or did the Speedvision crew seem overly excited everytime he was on screen? I mean, we've got Alan McNish running away with it; and we're getting pumped up over Sullivan?

Speed if US based, and Sullivan is an Indy 500 winner from those the good old days.

The got the car home, so it was pretty successful outing.

Laguna will be four hours.

And the cars looked and sounded fantastic!

Sullivan lives in France doesn't he?

I expect his appearances in ALMS will be limited as he's concentrating on Europe.
