T-Rex
I saw DanJR1's thread "motorbike or car?" and thought maybe he was referring to the T-Rex. I saw one of these things driving around the streets of Detroit a few years ago, and it got everybody's attention! It was one of the coolest vehicles I've ever seen. There were two people riding in the one I saw.

There was also a thing called Deltoid which was a similar concept but only required the forks to be removed from the bike to build the kit, so you could turn it back into a bike ,,,,
