Fisi and the 62 Ferrari just put down the fastest GTE lap.

Of course, this is the perfect time for someone to make the short-sighted "Look, the P2s would be fine if they didn't take themselves out" argument.
The 42 looked close many times.

Nice stint from Kaffer. Really underrated talent.

Time for Fisi to show he has the pace as the BMWs aren't making it to the end without a stop.

Turns out, Risi was so slow in Long Beach due to a broken shock they didn't even knew they had till they serviced the car. Glad to see them running good today.

Hmm. Pretty much everyone has said it but both cars were right in the mix. Not sure what you've been watching.

David Land has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Put up or shut up time for JVO.

Thats pretty embarrassing not to have known. Thinking to when the 20 Porsche broke a rear shock at Spa yesterday, driver reported "funny feeling", and was diagnosed in seconds.

Van Overbeek is catching the DP leader in quite a hurry. 2 seconds that last lap. Traffic maybe?

The 90 (both drivers) did everything they could to keep the 42 drivers behind them. That was some awful driving.

I think it was cause of the way the shock broke. I guess the car was not set-up perfectly and the broken shock did not reflected a noticeable loss in performance....

JvO has been one of the big surprises of this year. His pace is really impressive. Shame he just rubbed the 911 there but he's got to push.

He'll be wanting to redeem himself for that marginal move at Sebring which put them out.

And almost every single one of those shots was a flat out divebomb. Because that's the option P2 has. They are short on power and on tires.

This has been brought up, and up, and up, and up a billion times. Daytona/Sebring/Long Beach and now Laguna.

They can't pull them on power, they can't get them on grip, they can't pull them on torque.

The option is to divebomb and hope they can hold off the DP. It's beyond pathetic.

Is not that they divebomb. The P2 car can brake more deeper than DP due to weight and they use that to advantage...

this, the DP's can't go as deep and therefore park on the apex

That's the definition of a divebomb. Come from a distance back, and pray you can get close enough to pull it off.

JvO should be on top of the leader just in time for the next ad break.
