oh Race Magazine is going well. Lots more competition this year with 5 new magazines out, but little overlap with what I do.
the website is at www.racemagazine.com.au if you are interested. I'll be at the first event, but not competing...doing the mag takes nearly all of my time, so my car is still untouched in the garage! You will be running? |

OK not a new hillclimb track in OZ but one which is one year old on August 3
Travel up the Hume from Melbourne and when you see the big blue and white sign with... State Motorcycle Sports Complex Next Exit Follow the signs and listen to the Gould with Cossie V8 storming the hillclimb -last year just on 100 competitors had a great time at an easy course for the orgainisors to set up. |

Broadford, 10 metres wide, no armco, airfence on the marshal points and a three year old surface.

I avoided it last year but will get along to see the next run. The reports were pretty positive.

The best place for Australian Hillclimb results is www.hillclimbracing.com run by Phil Memery. It covers the VHC and the Australian.
Also club challenge and others. Regards climber |
