Just had to cancel marshalling at this one due to son working . If the XJS's are as entertaining as they were at Anglesey earlier this year then your in for a treat.

What's the matter Mike worried the Norfolk Marshalls will not understand you.

Any way I should be there and if the meeting is like Cadwell it sould be fun for all.

I'm sure many of the Snet regulars who post on here will be at the meeting, but you will find myself and Terry Scannell hiding around race control.

Should be a good meeting as I believe we have about 250 entries over the two days...............and the forecast is to stay dry!!!!

I'm coming down to this meeting. Not marshalling due to conflict of interests, but will be round the paddock both days. Will come & say hello to any ten-tenthers I bump into,. (hint!)

Should be a good crowd, then. I'll try and wave as I go by - white Mk2 in the Jag saloons on Saturday and blue S-type in the last race on Sunday. This is the first time the S-type's been out for 2 years and I've not driven it before, using the race as a sort of in-at-the-deep-end test session!

Thank you to all the marshall & officials who made the weekend happen. For us personally it was a great weekend with Kev in the Swinging Sixties race finishing 3rd overall in the Red TR4 and my Son Mark in the TR7 (first time he drove it) sharing with Martyn Adams and came 2nd overall in the Future Classic setting fastest lap several times only to have it snatched away by Jon Wolfe at the end of the race. Biggest smiles ever on way home.
See you all next season

Mines a pint

Thanks to all, a great weekend and a fantastic end of season meeting - the CSCC have run some great events this year - can't wait for next season.

Oh and the breakfast waitress in the B&B in Thetford on Saturday told me there had been a load of Marshans in before me - I always knew that you guys and gals in orange were from another planet

Was a really good weekend if a bit cold  Was only the second event I''d marshalled for but was really enjoyable. Was at Russel on the Saturday and Senna on the sunday. Had a few cars to push around which warmed me up abit

Was really good to see the old jags go round as well as the Swinging Sixties cars, don't see many on the road let alone a track anymore

on behalf of my son and his mate I'd also like to thank all marshalls and circuit staff, and apologise for the oil dumped on Bombhole entry close to the end of TinTops, when the white Monty threw a rod. It was first time out after an engine change too
Still, a super weekend - and there's always next year!

Hear, hear, a great weekend. Sunshine, great racing and a 2nd in class first time out in the new car (or was it 3rd - bit of a mix up with the entries, that Montego looked suspiciously like a Jag to me!)

Welcome AlexS, only your second meeting and you have to spend a day with me, poor you

Glad you enjoyed Saturday. I hope you and Clare had no cars to push on Sunday.

The great thing about TT has been the variety of cars. It was good to see another new and different car out there.

And many thanks to the orange people for being there, thought I was going to need you towards the end of the race when the Xsara kept cutting out.

Appreciate it's a bit late but instead of being sent to Coventry (amongst all those Jags) I was sent to Czech Republic on Monday for three days (must have been bad!!) but just wanted to express the sincere thanks of all the Race Control team for all the hard work by the marshalling teams that dealt so promptly with all the incidents and oil slicks over the weekend.

Nice to see so many new marshals helping out around the circuit and on the startline and with the scrutineering and doing a brilliant job - hope to see you all back at the MSVR FPA Shootout on the 1st/2nd Nov.

Also to all the competitors for being in (mostly!!) the right places at the right times so that we could keep as tightly as possible to the timetable.

Lots of great racing over the weekend too - Thank you all

Terry
