larry1 has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Xsara WRC- Croft

I hear John Mc Cluskey is to debut the ex Hansen Xsara WRC at Croft on Jan 30th. Using the event as a shakedown to the 1st round of the Irish rallyx championship the following week. Mark Watson will also be there to make up the two car JMC rallysport.com team.. should be a good event! The heads will be sore though from the prizegiving the night before

According to McCluskeys website he'll be at Blyton, it's also got his proposed calendar for the year - full British and Irish championships, a european round and the Irish round of the RSS. Looks like a busy year for John and the team!

Carnegie's year looks much the same, he is looking at doing one or two rounds of the european championship this year (probably the same two as he did last year), so you should see 3 irish drivers *ahem no british* in europe this year. Mc Cluskey, Evans and Carnegie

What is Mr Evans doing this year?
Are we going to see him doing the BRC or is he only doing the Irish Championship and a couple of European rounds. The only info I can find is that he will be at Mondello on the 6th March

I think with a name like Doran You could probably find away to claim him !!
My only claim to being Welsh is that I met a lovely Welsh girl 20 odd years ago and I'am still here

Does any one know if John is still testing at Blyton on Friday. I have tried and failed to get in contact with Stuart the circuit owner.

pr?

no, a closed test..no press.. couldnt go to Blyton as Xsara is still en route from Hansen's, so Wildtracks was the handiest logistically for his team. Hopefully he gets out of 2nd gear!
