Michael Schumacher World Champion tribute
Since 2000, ITV have always played a one-off piece of music at the end of the programme when TGF has won the title, as a tribute/salute for his success. Could you tell me who the artist was and the name for the 2000 and 2002 lyrics please?

They used Favourite Game by the Cardigans in 1998, but that wasn't a championship for Michael.
