Congratulations Todd.

Fantastic result for Todd. Having the boss try to run you off the track would not be pleasant. Hopefully this result will help him get a drive next year. If not in Supercars maybe Konica.

Good weekend for both Kelly boys! Nothing wrong with their driving skills, in fact they are a lot better than a lot of the field.

It was good to see Todd get a round win for the team, as it will do both he and the rest of the team a lot of good to taste some success again.

I can only imagine how the "Toddler" must feel after that flea Gretch said on national television that they'd have Craig Lowndes back in an instance & have a driving suit with his name on it ready to go.What does this do to the young fellows sense of well being within HRT.You go out & produce a good race result & you're boss drops that one on you. Good to see that nothing has changed in that cess-pool that is HRT.

That would explain why one was going forward in the last race and one was going backwards... can you girl pick the difference?

Boss330, that would be a little disheartening wouldn't it. I can see his angle in wanting Lowndes there but not the sort of thing spoken in public as it can unsettle teams a touch. Maybe Gretch could use a few lessons from the Skaifey PR machine on what to say and when to keep it zipped.

Maybe the comments were meant to hint to Skaife that HIS position in the team was shaky? :^)

Not really much different than being on the 'which Ford team will Craig drive for next year...' merry-go-round.

Who's he going to displace next season?

Wilson?

Radasich?

Ingall?

And boss, you've made childish remarks about Steve Richards personal appearance in another thread, and more schoolyard name calling in your last post.

Lift your game mate, it's simply not needed...and doesn't enhance your posts....

By the way, what is a 'BOSS 330' anyway?

Please tell me that you're not calling yourself after that cobbled up thing Johnson put together?

That plastic bonnet scooped, orange leather filled monstrosity?

It's not really, is it?

What makes you think that HRT would drop Kelly if they got Lowndes back?

It's not like they don't have the money and resources to run a 3rd car?

Franchises are always available (at a price).

I hear on the grapevine that such a plan has already done the rounds at HRT.

So I wouldn't be so quick to abuse Cretch, when he only said what you'd expect him to say.

If he'd said, 'Ford can have him and he can get stuffed..' it would hardly make future contract negotiations an easy task... now would it?

Oh, and by the way Jeff Gretch isn't Todd's direct boss. That would Skaifey.

Jeff works for Holden Motorsport, not HRT.

Theres as much chance of Craig going back to HRT as there is in Skaife going to anger management classes.

And why would they want a 3rd car when they already have 6.

Ask your "inside source' at Holden Motorsport mate....

If he tells you how much merchandise HRT sell, I'm sure he can find out about an extra car for Lowndes.

Funny he hasn't mentioned that to you before....? ? ?

He has. Lowndes is not going back to HRT. Stop sitting on your bed staring at Lowndes' photo, it aint going to happen sunshine. Get it through your thick sheep skin. I'll back my source over the PR BS your fed anyday.

If you knew the answer from your 'mysterious inside source', then why did you ask the question?

You said "And why would they want a 3rd car when they already have 6."

The bigger the lie, the harder it is to remember eh mate?

Make sure you wipe that photo clean, don't want it to look like Skaife's, do we?

Oh really....

I own a VYII HSV Clubsport that displaces 350 cubic inches of 'low tech' grunt, that just happens to out 'grunt' your snow white XR8 by more than 25 Kw's.

I'm old enough to understand and appreciatte the fact that your car's slower than mine.....
