Classic British Welcome (St Saturnin)
Hello all !
i'm one of the people who are preparing the day of the British Welcome of St Saturnin. it took a morning to 'hook' the flags on th way to come to this festival  you car get news on the facebook adress. Not sure what car we will be in, the oldest vehicle we have there will be a 30 year old minibus but i doubt that will get into the classic car parks, my jag is nothing exciting, but we will have one of the last daimlers's ever built, in fact it is slightly newer than her majesty the queens one. so that might get into the nice car park

yes!
i think so ! just ask for me if you have a problem to come into the nice car park. if you want to get in easily it's to come before midday and you will park in one of the first car parks. |

It opens quite early but the fun is not just the cars in the hall but all those arriving which are put in the display car parks, you soend longer looking at those than anything else

I will be there early to avoid getting mixed up with too much traffic. Watching all the cars arrive is great, plus if Jurgen Barth is lucky he could get to meet me :-) I am easy to spot, there will not be many blue Skoda Fabia estates will there?

I would certainly recommend being there early as we turned up at around 11o'clock two years ago, couldn't get parked as they were full and then after our visit, queued for half an hour to leave. Worth a visit at least once for the charming ambience.
